Vectrix Terms and Conditions
Current version: November 1, 2024.
Vectrix is a marketplace offering services linked mainly to the e-commerce of recycled vehicle parts.
- - The Marketplace is an e-commerce platform where legally authorized dismantlers can sell and Users can buy vehicle parts using different payment and shipping solutions.
- - Our PSP is a payment and collection platform that can be used for operations performed both inside and outside the Marketplace.
- - Shipments are made using the technological tool provided by Outsourced Logistics Groups, which we offer in the Marketplace so that Users can send and receive their purchases made on Vectrix.
To operate on the platform, all Users must accept the Terms and Conditions, the annexes, and the Privacy Statement.
Those with legal capacity and duly authorized minors may operate within Vectrix.
Each User is responsible for the personal data they provide upon registration and is obliged to keep it updated. Furthermore, they are solely responsible for the use and safekeeping of their password.
In some cases, we may charge a fee for the use of the services that make up the Vectrix ecosystem, which the User agrees to pay.
1. Vectrix
- - Vectrix is a marketplace offering services linked mainly to the e-commerce of recycled vehicle parts.
- - The services Vectrix offers on its site www.vectrix.com.ar and its mobile application (hereinafter: “Site”) are designed to form an ecosystem that allows dismantlers to sell, collect payment, ship, and perform other commercial activities with their products, and allows users (individuals/legal entities) to buy, pay, and perform other consumption activities.
2. Terms and Conditions
- - These terms and conditions and the annexes explaining the Vectrix Ecosystem services (hereinafter: “Terms and Conditions”) regulate the relationship between Vectrix and the people who use its services (“Users”).
- - Users accept these Terms and Conditions from the moment they register on the Site and use the Vectrix Ecosystem.
- - When we must make significant changes to our services, we will publish the modifications 10 calendar days in advance so that Users can review them and continue using the Vectrix Ecosystem. The term will be 2 business days in case we have to update our service fees. In no case will they affect operations that have already been finalized.
- - Users who do not have outstanding obligations with Vectrix or other Users may end the relationship with Vectrix by cancelling their account.
3. Capacity
- - Our services may be used by adults who have the legal capacity to contract. Minors, from 13 years of age, may only use their account with the authorization of their legal representative, who will be responsible for all actions and obligations derived from the use of that account and who must ensure its responsible and appropriate use regarding the maturity of the authorized minor.
- - Whoever uses the Vectrix Ecosystem on behalf of a company must have the capacity to contract on its behalf. Additionally, to use the account, the User must be active.
4. Registration and Account
- - Whoever wants to use our services must complete the registration form with the required data. By completing it, they agree to do so exactly, precisely, and truthfully and to keep their data always updated; this will have the character of a sworn statement. The User will be solely responsible for the accuracy of their registration data. Without prejudice to the information provided in the form, we may request and/or consult additional information to corroborate the identity of the User.
- - The account is personal, unique, and non-transferable, meaning that under no circumstances may it be sold or ceded to another person. It is accessed with the personal security password chosen, which must be kept under strict confidentiality. The User may create collaborator accounts and define their access permissions. In any case, the User will be solely responsible for the operations carried out on their account. In case of detecting unauthorized use of their account, they must notify Vectrix immediately and reliably.
- - We may reject a registration request or cancel an already accepted registration, without this generating a right to compensation. Users who have been previously disabled may not register again on the Site. Neither may those included in or related to persons included in national or international sanctions lists register.
- - Who cannot register or operate on our platforms?
- - Those included in the OFAC (US Office of Foreign Assets Control) Sanctions Lists and UN Terrorist Lists, or in any national list of blocked persons, or linked to cargo theft activities, registration and/or use of the Vectrix application being prohibited.
- - Furthermore, Users declare and guarantee that they will not offer or make publications of products not authorized by the corresponding law, nor will they carry out transactions involving Vectrix, that directly or indirectly:
- - In addition, if the use of more than one account is detected, we may apply withholdings, debits, and/or any other measure if we consider that such action may harm the rest of the people using the Site, beyond the sanctions that may apply.
- - Relate to an activity or business prohibited by law
- - Are carried out involving any person, country, or territory that is the object of sanctions.
- - Imply a violation of current AML/CFT regulations or involve an unusual or suspicious operation.
5. Data Privacy
- - At Vectrix we make responsible use of personal information, protecting the privacy of the Users who entrusted us with their data and credentials, taking the necessary measures to guarantee security in our Ecosystem.
6. Access to Other Commercial Information
- - In addition to what is provided in the previous sections, Vectrix provides tools, applications, and services based on other commercial information provided by Users and/or generated by using Ecosystem services, to help Sellers optimize their sales, increase their volume, and manage their business. We may also use it to offer Users promotions, products, and services from other companies or co-branded ones; it may also be used in fraud prevention programs and other measures intended to increase the security of the Marketplace, Users, and compliance with the Terms and Conditions.
- - As a Seller, you will be able to access different materials, such as detailed data on your listings, sales, and ratings, personalized reports, and tools that will allow you to track your activities, the performance of your listings on the Site, and certain information generally related to opportunities to increase your sales on the Site. You may also opt to receive complementary reports from additional services with which you can access trends and recommendations displayed in the listings section, which could help you optimize sales and increase your business volume.
- - Additionally, we may use certain information to (i) feed our fraud detection models, and programs, our own or in collaboration with third parties, to monitor counterfeit, prohibited, or non-approved products in accordance with applicable regulation, which help protect Users, (ii) identify categories and products with high demand during a specific period, (iii) improve our commercial and promotional initiatives, (iv) operate and understand the health of our business, (v) develop new tools and services for Users and improve existing ones, and (vi) make strategic decisions on where to invest resources. We may give access, assign, transmit and/or transfer this data to companies with which we have a collaborative relationship for the purposes described above or an alliance to offer Users promotions, products, and services from other companies or co-branded ones.
- - Sellers can also use a set of APIs that can use this information to provide a series of software solutions and applications that could help manage their business tasks and/or improve their sales on the Site.
7. Sanctions
- - In case the User breaches a law or the Terms and Conditions, we may warn, suspend, restrict, or disable their account temporarily or permanently, without prejudice to other sanctions established in the specific usage rules of Vectrix services.
8. Liability
- - Vectrix will be responsible for any defect in the provision of its service, to the extent that it is attributable to it and within the scope provided by current laws.
9. Fees
- - Vectrix may charge for its services and the User agrees to pay them in due time and form.
- - We may modify or eliminate fees at any time with the due notice established in clause 2 of these Terms and Conditions. Likewise, we may modify fees temporarily for promotions in favor of Users.
- - The User authorizes Vectrix to withhold and/or debit existing and/or future funds from their account granted by Vectrix and/or from the bank accounts they have registered in it, to settle unpaid fees or any other debt they may have.
- - To know the detail of the fees for each service, Users must consult the corresponding terms and conditions.
- - In all cases, the invoice will be issued in accordance with the tax data that people have loaded into their account.
10. Intellectual Property
- - Vectrix and/or its related companies own all intellectual property rights over their sites, all their content, services, products, brands, trade names, logos, designs, images, advertising phrases, copyrights, domains, computer programs, codes, developments, software, databases, information, technology, patents and utility models, industrial designs and models, trade secrets, among others (“Intellectual Property”) and are protected by national and international laws.
- - Although Vectrix grants permission to use its products and services as provided in the Terms and Conditions, this does not imply an authorization to use its Intellectual Property, except with prior and express consent. In any case, seller users who use said products and services may not use Vectrix's Intellectual Property in a way that causes confusion to the public and must carry out their commercial activity under their own distinctive brand or trade name, which is not confusingly similar to the Vectrix brand.
- - It is prohibited to use our products or services for illegal purposes, perform any type of reverse engineering or derivative works, use search or data extraction tools and content from our platform for reuse and/or create own databases that include our content in whole or in part without our express authorization. Improper use, without authorization and/or contrary to current regulations and/or that generates confusion or implies derogatory use and/or causes harm, damage, or loss to Vectrix and/or its related companies is also prohibited.
- - In the event that a User or any publication infringes on the Intellectual Property of Vectrix or third parties, Vectrix may remove said publication (totally or partially), sanction the user in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, and exercise the corresponding extrajudicial and/or judicial actions.
11. Indemnity
- - The User will hold Vectrix harmless, as well as those who direct, succeed, administer, represent, and/or work in it, for any administrative or judicial claim initiated by other Users, third parties, or by any Agency, related to their activities in the Vectrix Ecosystem. By virtue of that responsibility, they may carry out compensations, withholdings, or other necessary measures for the reparation of losses, damages, and prejudices, whatever their nature.
12. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
- - These Terms and Conditions are governed by Argentine law. Any controversy derived from their application, interpretation, execution, or validity will be resolved by the competent national ordinary courts, based in the City of Buenos Aires, unless specific provision of public order rules, such as, for example, legislation relating to the Consumer. For all effects related to these Terms and Conditions and the use of the site, Vectrix S.A. with CUIT 30-71854196-0 establishes its domicile at Moldes 3035, Floor 6, Apt B, Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, Argentina.
1. Selling
a. Seller Obligations
Inappropriate Content and Out of Place Reports

- - Making criticisms or reports against users in any content.
- - Including violent or discriminatory content, considering gender, religion, age, etc.
- - Including content related to child pornography or prohibited sexual themes.
- - Using inappropriate language as long as it is indispensable for the identification or reference of a certain listing and/or service.
- - Reporting listings that do not comply with these policies by writing to info@vectrix.com.ar.
- - Reporting inappropriate behavior of other users by writing to info@vectrix.com.ar.
Links in Listings, Questions, Answers, and Opinions
- We do not allow
- - Keep in mind that if we detect a link or contact detail in any of the photos of your listing, we could:
- - We will take down those listings that do not respect our Listing Policies or any current law. This may lead to account disabling.
- - Links and/or references to sites intended for commerce or exchange of goods and services outside of Vectrix.
- - Links and/or references to virtual communities that may provide contact channels between parties, such as social networks or websites.
- - Links and/or references to sites that may infringe intellectual property laws.
- - Links and/or references between categories of the platform with different fee structures.
- - Links and/or references to seller's pages.
- - Pause the listing if the link or contact detail was included explicitly in the photos.
- - Blur a section of the photo to hide the link or contact detail, without needing to give prior notice.
Listing Policies
- - These policies are accepted at the time of registration; the User accepts the policies contained herein which will be applied to any activity they perform on the Site, such as listings, questions and answers, opinions and messaging, nicknames, etc. Non-compliance with these Policies will imply the removal of content and may lead to the application of sanctions and/or eventual account disabling.
Used and Refurbished Items

- - An item is considered used if it has had some type of use, regardless of for how long, and therefore, may have imperfections or signs of wear.
- - The seller is obliged to respect a rigorous inspection and testing process of the item and the replacement of defective parts.
- - They must also provide additional, clear, and sufficient information in the description of the listing regarding the process and degree of refurbishment, included accessories, as well as details about the warranty offered, which must be at least 90 days.
- - The seller is obliged to inform that the item is refurbished on the goods themselves, wrappers, delivery notes, or corresponding invoices.
- - Vectrix did not intervene at any time in the referred refurbishment process, the seller being solely responsible for any eventual non-compliance with these policies.
- - We will annul content that breaches our Listing Policies. Keep in mind that infractions of this type could result in us disabling your account.
- - They may only offer used or refurbished products if they select the appropriate condition.
- - Publishing new items in used condition.
- - Publishing used items in categories where the used condition does not apply (such as refurbished).
- - Publishing used items in new condition.
Descriptions

- - Using codes in descriptions to perform the following functions:
- - Depositing or reading cookies on any Vectrix page.
- - Taking users to other pages outside of Vectrix.
- - Opening additional windows.
- - Requesting or obtaining information from other users.
- - Describing the products and services offered incorrectly or misleadingly. This includes their characteristics, qualities, scope, compatibilities, conditions, uses, and effects, among others.
- - Including graphics, videos, and photos of the product in the image section, always respecting the guidelines of our general terms and conditions.
- - Product descriptions regarding its status and scope (what it includes and what it doesn't).
- - Indicating the size, brand, model, color, material, and any other essential characteristic in the product data sheet, including health and safety risks.
- - Indicating the condition (whether new, used, or refurbished) of the product in the corresponding section.
- - Including exact dimensions, country of origin, warranty, conditions for its exercise, etc., in the data sheet and other sections intended for this purpose.
- - Identifying the manufacturer and the product registration, in case it was subject to a prior authorization regime.
- - Indicating whether a certain product is compatible or not with another, for example, informing if a spare part is compatible or not with different vehicle models.
- - Using only words that relate specifically to the item offered. It is prohibited to use words unrelated to the item to manipulate Vectrix search engines and/or to generate traffic towards said content*.
- - Product photographs must correspond specifically to the item being offered. It is important that the product is seen in its entirety.
Contact and Identification Data

- - In order to avoid sanctions on your account and keep your sale protected, it is important that when creating any content, you keep in mind that:
- - Including personal data of any kind in your content, such as:

- - Personal identification numbers such as: ID document number, identity card, etc.
- - Phone numbers, radio IDs, Pin numbers, QR codes, or any other type of identification code.
- - E-mail addresses, messaging or social media usernames.
- - Links, data, and/or references to manufacturer pages.
- - Bank details such as account number, card number, etc.
- - Exact addresses and meeting points.
- - Maps with markers showing exact locations.
- - Indicating where contact details can be found.
- - Shortened links of any kind.
- - Means of transport that allow arriving at the seller's business.
- - Geographic zone where the seller is located.
- - Store opening hours.
- - Pause your content if the link or contact detail was included explicitly.
- - Blur a section of the photo and/or video to hide the link or contact detail, without needing to give prior notice.
- - Prevent the recipient from receiving messages containing this type of information.
Tax Evasion
- - Vectrix only makes a virtual space available to Users that allows them to communicate via the Internet to find a way to sell or buy items and/or services; furthermore, it has no participation whatsoever in the negotiation process and finalization of the definitive contract between the parties. Therefore, the parties are obliged to comply with the fiscal and tax obligations imposed by law.
- - It is established that the prices of published products must be expressed with VAT included when its application corresponds, and in legal tender. Vectrix may remove any content* whose price is not expressed in this way to avoid confusion or misunderstandings regarding the final price of the product.
- - Content* that demonstrates an intention to evade or elude taxes in any way will be annulled.
- - *Includes any content through which you offer products or services that you make in different sections of the platform, using listings, clips, ads, account data, messaging channels, questions/answers, opinions, among others.
Infractions in Photos
- We do not allow:
- - Photos or images appearing on Vectrix must:
- - Cover photos of listings must:
- - Listings containing images that, at Vectrix's discretion, are provocative or sensual or that may be considered contrary to morals or good customs will not be allowed on the Main Page.
- - Likewise, Vectrix reserves the right to select the best quality photo or image that users have included in their listings, so that said photo or image appears visible on the Main Page.
- - Correspond exactly to the item offered in the listing and not place a merely referential photograph or one that may mislead or confuse the recipient of the offer.
- - Comply with any other provision foreseen in the Terms and Conditions.
- - Putting photos with minors in underwear.
- - Altering images to hide the brand or condition of the product you are offering.
- - Images with explicit sexual content, nudity, or exhibiting intimate body parts.
- - Including comparative images of supposed promising effects (“before and after”) that are not duly backed and may induce misleading advertising.
- - Show only one item.
- - Be high resolution.
- - Possess a pure white background and the dismantler's banner.
Infractions Regarding Price
- We do not allow:
- - Offering an item for free or at a symbolic value or price significantly different from the market value.
- - Offering an item at a price higher than expressed in the “price” section of the listing, indicating a higher value in the description, answers, shipping costs, or any other content*.
- - Offering an item using symbolic prices to manipulate Vectrix search engines and/or to generate traffic towards said content*. The price must be specifically related to the item offered.
- - Offering an item at a price higher than expressed in the “price” section of the listing, indicating a higher value in the description or answers.
Infractions Regarding Stock
- We do not allowWe allow
- - Specifying stock availability time in case the product is new, or is pending dismantling and the availability time does not exceed 45 days from the purchase date.
- - Including any type of reference or invitation suggesting the buyer ask for stock availability.
- - Publishing used products with stock greater than 1 unit.
2. Buying
The Buyer will be able to find in the listing all the information the Seller provides regarding the product to be offered. They may also use the Questions and Answers section to resolve any doubt regarding the spare part, its characteristics, delivery modalities, etc.
On the other hand, the Buyer is obliged to pay the price of the product and the shipping cost which is subject to the spare part purchase flow.
All this will be indicated in the purchase flow which will begin with the click on the “Buy” button and end with the purchase confirmation notice.
Once the operation is finalized, the Buyer must receive the product, having the possibility of leaving their opinion on the product and/or the Seller. Know our rules for leaving opinions.
Opinions will be subject to the Marketplace Listing Policies and the following rules:
In case of any inconvenience, the Buyer may initiate a claim on the Site against the Seller, within a period of 15 (fifteen) calendar days after the purchase.
The User authorizes Vectrix to publish in all its sites the comments and photos as product references and as answers to questions that other Users may ask about it.
The User will be responsible for any damage their opinions and images may cause. Vectrix may remove any content as well as temporarily or permanently suspend the possibility of leaving opinions to whoever breaches these policies.
Vectrix does not edit opinions, but may prevent publication or eliminate any comment and image already published that does not comply with the Terms and Conditions.
- - They must be limited to personal references about the spare part or service.
- - Opinions of a private, advertising, self-referential nature or any other action that distorts the opinion tool are not allowed.
- - Content that is offensive, obscene, discriminatory, or that incites potential danger towards people may not be included.
- - If the person uploads an image as a complement to their opinion, they must have all rights and authorizations those images may require to be published within the framework of product opinions, in mass media.
- - Photos with total or partial nudity, or with minors in underwear are not allowed.
- - Contact details such as: phone, e-mail, or address may not be included.
Safe Buy

- - Safe Buy is a program that provides coverage to all buyers who have not received the product bought on Vectrix, have received a different, defective, or incomplete one; or have regretted the purchase, provided they meet the following requirements.
- - To be a beneficiary of Safe Buy, the user must: i) Have bought the product on Vectrix and paid through the means of payment enabled by Vectrix. The product must not be prohibited by law and/or Vectrix's Terms and Conditions. ii) Have their account active during the time the claim or return lasts. iii) Initiate a claim or ask for the return from the buyer account within the deadlines applicable to each reason. iv) Security seals must not have been violated. vi) In case of breakage, the product warranty protocols must have been complied with in case it has them.
- - Reason Deadline
- - If the product is different, defective, or incomplete. 30 calendar days from product delivery.
- - If the buyer did not receive the product. 30 calendar days from the purchase date.
- - In the case of a claim, if the users do not reach an agreement or the seller does not answer the claim, the buyer must request Vectrix's intervention to solve the inconvenience. vii) Not file a payment dispute (chargeback) with the card issuer during, in the course of, or subsequent to the resolution of the claim. viii) Use only those means that Vectrix enables/indicates for the return of the product.
- - We will analyze the reason for the claim initiated by the buyer and compliance with the requirements listed in section 2. In some cases, we may ask for additional information or proof from the buyer or seller.
- - We will reimburse the money by: crediting the account of the holder who made the purchase or through a credit or debit card.
- - If the claim was initiated for not having received the product and the case is resolved in favor of the buyer, we will reimburse the buyer the value of the product.
- - If the claim was initiated for having received a different, defective, or incomplete product and the case is resolved in favor of the buyer, we will reimburse the buyer the value of the product after accrediting the return of the product to the seller. For this:
- - The buyer must return the product in the same conditions in which they received it and to the address indicated by the seller or Vectrix.
- - The seller must accept the annulment of the purchase and the return of the product. They must also assume the cost of the product return and, if applicable, the original shipping cost.
- - When the buyer returns the product, we will perform a quality check. If the result of the check does not meet the requirements foreseen in the return policies, we may take one of the following actions:
- - We will send the product back to the address where the buyer received it. This delivery will be done through a courier system and will not be covered by Safe Buy.
- - We will accept the product and discount a part of the amount the buyer paid. As a result, the buyer will receive a partial refund.
- - When the buyer regrets or initiates a claim for having received a different, defective, or incomplete product, they may accept keeping the product in the conditions it was received and obtain a partial return of the product value when the seller offers this possibility.
4- Exclusions
- - Safe Buy does not cover:
- - Products damaged, repaired, or modified by the buyer.
- - Products where the product security seal has been violated.
- - Products where the specific warranty protocol has not been complied with.
- - Products paid for by means of Money Sends or Entries made outside the Vectrix platform.
- - Cases in which the mail or carrier loses the product, unless the shipment is coordinated through the agreement Vectrix has with OCA Logistics.
- - Any fraudulent operation or one that violates the Terms and Conditions.
5- Sanctions
- - Vectrix may sanction with suspension, account disabling, exclusion from Safe Buy, or even initiate criminal actions against users who incur in fraudulent conduct or act in complicity with other Users or third parties to obtain a benefit from Safe Buy.
3- Means of Payment
In Vectrix we only allow:We will take down those listings that do not respect our Listing Policies or any current law. This may lead to account disabling.
Listings in the Appropriate Category
- We do not allowWhat happens with listing in the incorrect category?
- - Publishing a product, door, hood, engine, etc. in the appropriate category helps buyers find it easily.
- - Offering products or services in inadequate categories and/or subcategories or ones that do not correspond to what you are publishing.
- - Keep in mind that the category must be related to the title and the first photo of your listing. If that does not happen, we will annul your listing and ask you to publish again choosing the appropriate category.
Regarding each Buyer, the Seller is obliged to:

- - In case of product return or exchange, Vectrix may make available to the Buyer and Seller the method it considers most appropriate to facilitate shipping and will debit its cost from the virtual account generated in Vectrix.
- - Whoever requests the opening of an Official Store declares and guarantees they are the holder of the involved intellectual property (brands, rights, etc.) and/or have the due authorization granted by the holder of those rights to offer products and/or services on Vectrix.
- - The Official Store may be requested by:
- - (i) Dismantler: The seller will register with their own brand, the one registered in their name before the trademark office/authority of the country where the opening of the Official Store is requested and that will identify it.
- - If the Dismantler requests to open an Official Store without being the holder of the trademark registration with which they intend to identify it, they must prove to Vectrix that they are authorized by the respective trademark registration holder to open and operate an Official Store in their name and representation. Additionally, they must provide as a sworn statement the information and documentation Vectrix deems pertinent to prove such situation. Vectrix may require the update of such documentation when it deems pertinent.
- - The Dismantler may operate the Official Store by themselves or designate third-party Sellers (provided the authorizer allows it), being solely responsible for their designation. Sellers operating an Official Store simultaneously will be responsible for complying individually with the Terms and Conditions.
- - Activation of the Official Store does not imply that whoever operates it has exclusivity to offer the products or services grouped in it. The holder of the Official Store or the associated brand may, under their exclusive responsibility, incorporate new sellers into the Official Store or replace them.
- - Vectrix may cancel the operation of any Seller upon a claim initiated by a third party with a better right and/or take down an Official Store, without this generating a right to compensation.
- - Catalog is a Vectrix tool that allows listings of the same product to compete with each other to be highlighted as the best offer for that product in the first search results of the Marketplace.
- - Sellers may visualize in their accounts whether their listings are winning Catalog or not.
- - Sellers whose listings do not win Catalog will receive messages with the conditions they must improve to increase their chances of winning Catalog, allowing them to take action immediately.
- - The Seller accepts using only the means of payment Vectrix puts at their disposal to guarantee the security of operations and the functioning of protection programs.
- - The listing that provides the best shopping experience will win. For that, Vectrix takes into account certain objective parameters such as:
- - The winning listing will be highlighted as the best offer for that product in the first search results of the Marketplace.
- - On some occasions, the winning listing will alternate that highlighted position with other listings offering identical or similar sales conditions.
- - In all cases, the listing occupying the highlighted position will depend on the particular conditions of the Buyer visiting the listing, such as their location.
- - Likewise, to guarantee the speed and quality of shipments, and when applicable price and reputation conditions are met, the Seller will perform them using the means Vectrix puts at their disposal.
- - The Seller grants Vectrix and its related companies a free, unlimited time, international, and non-exclusive license over all contents included in their listings, such as trade names, brands, images, videos, texts, and any other element or distinctive sign identifying the Seller or the products or services published in the Marketplace (“Materials”). In particular, Vectrix may use, publish, reproduce, make available, translate, and modify the Materials to:
- - This authorization does not imply the assignment of intellectual property rights that may exist over the Materials.
- - The Seller declares they have all necessary rights to authorize Vectrix for such effect, that they are exclusively responsible for any infringement of third-party rights that the use of Materials may occasion, and that they undertake to release Vectrix from any claim it may receive from third parties derived from the use of that Material.
- - The Seller is subject to the specific rules Vectrix establishes for official stores and catalog.
- - To request the opening of an Official Store in the Marketplace (“Official Stores”), the Seller who meets the requirements established in this Annex must perform the validation of their brand by completing the indicated steps and attaching the requested documentation.
- - To request the opening, the Seller must meet the following requirements:
- - Have no debt with Vectrix
- - Have at least 2000 products listed in the Marketplace
- - Respect the sales conditions published on the Site.
- - Issue the corresponding invoice or ticket, unless the Seller is exempt from the obligation to issue invoices.
- - Guarantee the right of withdrawal or revocation of the purchase within the legal period.
- - Respect applicable legal warranties, as the case may be.
- - Accept returns or exchanges of products based on the Safe Buy Program.
- - Assume the costs of revocation or return of products.
- - Use them on all Vectrix sites and any communication media for the purpose of classifying products, identifying offers, and performing advertising and marketing actions.

4- Shipping
The Shipping terms and conditions are part of the General Terms and Conditions of the Site. Therefore, by accepting the latter at the time of User registration, the Terms and Conditions detailed here are also accepted.
The Shipping Terms and Conditions describe the rights, obligations, and responsibilities that Users must respect if they decide to use the Shipping Tool, whether they are sellers (hereinafter, “Seller” or “Sellers”) and/or buyers (hereinafter, “Buyer” or “Buyers”).
Any non-compliance with these Terms and Conditions may entail sanctions for Users, which can reach the disabling of their accounts on Mercado Libre.
Any User who does not accept the Shipping Terms and Conditions and/or the General Terms and Conditions of Mercado Libre, which are mandatory and binding, must refrain from using the Site (as defined in the General Terms and Conditions of the Site) and/or the Shipping Tool.
Consequently, Mercado Libre reserves the right to reject a request for use of the Shipping Tool or to cancel or suspend with or without cause, temporarily or permanently, the use of the Shipping Tool, without such decision generating rights to indemnity or compensation for the User.
4.1. The Shipping Tool
- - It is a technological tool offered by Vectrix to Users with the aim of facilitating the shipment of spare parts advertised on the site, through transport and/or logistics and/or postal services provided by third parties (the “Carriers”).
- - For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, “Shipping Tool” will be understood as a concept including the Vectrix Service Related to Shipping (to be provided by Vectrix) and the Company Service (to be provided directly by the Carriers).
- - Vectrix limits itself to providing the technological solution that allows:
- - All the above, hereinafter, referred to as the “Vectrix Service Related to Shipping”.
- - It is stated that the Vectrix Service Related to Shipping is part of the services Vectrix provides to its Buyers and sellers allowing: a) Sellers, to list goods or services through publications facilitating the meeting between supply and demand, receive payments securely for goods or services sold and facilitate shipment of products to buyers quickly, traceably, and securely; and b) Buyers, to search and browse goods or services listed by Sellers, make payments securely for goods or services acquired and receive products quickly, traceably, and securely.
- - The Carriers will be those who directly perform shipping services in favor of Users, when these are contracted through the Shipping Tool (hereinafter, the “Company Service”).
- - Users acknowledge that Carriers are individuals or legal entities independent of Vectrix.
- - Calculation of the spare part shipping value prior to purchase,
- - Generation of labels for subsequent product shipment,
- - Shipment tracking by Users,
- - Contracting by buyers of the shipping service for a spare part,
- - Reception and management of claims between Users and/or Carriers.
4.10. Buyer Liability
- - The Buyer will be absolutely responsible, will exempt from all responsibility and hold harmless Vectrix and Carriers, if by their malice or fault (i) they completed erroneously or falsely data necessary to perform package delivery and/or (ii) they did not have a person available who can receive the shipment or pick it up at the place said Buyer selected, in this case the buyer will assume shipping expenses.
- - In case of detecting fraudulent activity by the buyer, they must assume all responsibilities, product cost, and expenses associated with shipment and return; Vectrix will take down the buyer's account and may initiate criminal actions, as appropriate.
4.11. Acknowledgments and declarations of Users
- - Users acknowledge and accept that Vectrix's activity, through the Vectrix Service Related to Shipping, is limited to activities described in the clauses of these Terms and Conditions. Vectrix is not the owner, does not have possession, nor sells items advertised by Sellers. Buyers acknowledge and accept that the Seller is solely responsible for existence, status, quality, and quantity of shipped goods, in conformity with the listing made by them.
- - The Seller will answer exclusively for technical, mechanical, electrical, magnetic, electronic, photographic, or recording defects transported products might have.
- - Users understand and acknowledge that, in case of occurrence of some event of fortuitous case or force majeure, damage or destruction of transported goods by exclusive defect of the same, it will be understood that goods are transported at risk of the User holding the character of owner of them and consequently losses and damages suffered during transfer will be at their charge.
4.12. User Liability
- - It is the responsibility of both Buyer and Seller for veracity of information required by Vectrix platform (which by way of example will be regarding personal data and categorization of goods), Carriers not being responsible if, at the moment of attending to dispatch shipment, it is not admitted to Seller for having provided false or incorrect information, or at the moment of withdrawing shipment, it is not delivered to person designated by Buyer for lack of authorization for it.
- - Buyer and Seller expressly consent that all incorporated data necessary for use of the Shipping Tool and determination of its price be collected and stored by Vectrix, who may transmit them to Carriers with exclusive purpose of facilitating Company Service. Carriers will not be authorized to collect data with other ends, unless accepted by Users directly before Carriers.
- - Additionally, Seller will be responsible for breakdowns, damages, or destruction suffered or caused by transported goods derived from own defects of transported goods or their packaging.
- - Buyer acknowledges and accepts that, at moment of receiving shipment under Company Service, they must check its general state, as well as content, and make any claim for damages within 24 (twenty-four) hours of having received shipment, bearing in mind Vectrix will not be responsible for consequences of Buyer's delay in formulating pertinent claims against Carriers. Likewise, they acknowledge and accept they may reject shipment received under Company Service if it were damaged, having no obligation to accept it.
4.13. Carrier Liability
- - In case of losses and/or damages suffered by product(s), during transfer exclusively by cause attributable to Carriers, affected User may pursue responsibility and reparation of prejudice provoked by them directly to them.
4.14. Restricted Products
- - Likewise, Users acknowledge that shipments programmed through the Shipping Tool may not consist of shipment of, nor products containing: flammable, corrosive, explosive objects, hydrogen peroxide, chemical precursors, cash money, metallic coins or any other value, credit, debit or purchase cards, lottery tickets and/or any other type of gambling vouchers, jewelry, plants, animals or any other type of species or living or dead organisms, liquid and/or fragile elements and/or substances of infectious and/or dangerous and/or deleterious and/or toxic and/or polluting character, magnetic material, firearms of any type, gunpowder, ammunition and related, radioactive materials, any other element endangering security of Carriers' goods, and/or people and/or shipments in general, narcotics or any other substance and/or material whose use or possession is legally penalized or obtained in violation of customs code rules and/or any other current regulation, as well as goods whose transport and/or circulation is prohibited, restricted or requires special treatment (transport measures different from general cargo) or enablement and/or units distinct from general cargo distribution in the Argentine Republic.
- - For all effects, Users acknowledge and accept that mere fact a category in Vectrix platform is shown as enabled for use of Shipping Tool does not imply henceforth an obligation of Vectrix to provide Vectrix Service Related to Shipping, nor an obligation of Carriers to provide Company Service or accept imposition of packages having prohibited objects according to regulations governing their activity.
- - Likewise, Users acknowledge and accept that neither Carriers nor Vectrix will be responsible for accepting said non-admissible products. The sole and exclusive responsible party regarding acceptance of shipments to impose turns out to be Seller, for which reason the latter is obliged to indemnify and exempt from all responsibility both companies from all possible contingency that might come to be derived against them as direct or indirect derivation of violation to transport conditions alluded to in this section.
4.15. Insurance
- - Use of the Shipping Tool does not include insurance. If a User wishes to contract insurance, they must do so on their own.
- - When a User contracts insurance regarding goods to be transported through the Shipping Tool, said User must demand from their insurer inclusion of a clause whereby said company expressly waives promoting repetition action and/or any that might correspond to it against Vectrix and/or any Carrier before any event of loss or damage that might affect insured goods and/or third parties.
4.16. Attention to claims
- - In case User has a claim to formulate regarding the Shipping Tool, they must contact Vectrix through channels it enables, so Vectrix manages respective claim processes.
4.2. Availability of the Shipping Tool
- - The Seller will offer the Shipping Tool in their listings, provided that (i) the good in question is admitted by Carriers and/or for the provision of the Company Service; and (ii) the Seller has entered in their registration data a valid address within the territory of the Argentine Republic covered by the Company Service.
- - The Seller is responsible for correctly categorizing the good to be published and verifying the availability of the Company Service for said good. Any consequence derived from incorrect categorization of the good to be published or omission of verification of limitations regarding the Company Service will be assumed by the Seller (for example, higher shipping cost or impossibility of transporting the good).
4.3. Costs and billing for use of the Shipping Tool
- 3.1. Cost borne by Seller
- - Vectrix will inform shipping costs of the Shipping Tool to Users (to the Seller in the listing flow and to the Buyer in the listing of the good to be transported). The invoice for use of the Shipping Tool will be sent by Vectrix to the Seller in cases where the Company Service has been provided by Carriers and the cost was assumed totally or partially by any of the Users, regardless of which User (seller or buyer) assumed the final cost for use of the Shipping Tool. All costs corresponding to the Company Service and/or use of the Shipping Tool will be included in the shipping cost informed to the User, unless expressly stated otherwise. In case the Seller opted for the shipping cost to be borne by the Buyer, the Seller is obliged to include the shipping cost and product price in the corresponding tax document.
- - The Seller expressly agrees not to charge or request additional sums of money from the Buyer for issues related to the use of the Shipping Tool in any case.
- - The Seller may offer the “Free Shipping” option in their listings. By selecting this option, estimated costs for product delivery using the Shipping Tool will be informed. The Seller will bear all costs for use of the Shipping Tool in the “Free Shipping” modality, respecting all clauses included in the Shipping Terms and Conditions and other General Terms and Conditions of Vectrix.
4.4. Seller Obligations relative to the Shipping Tool

- - In accordance with the foregoing, the Seller is obliged to:
- - a. Deliver the shipment (package containing goods to be transported) at any admission point duly authorized or request its collection (if this option is available) in perfect conditions (both the package and the good inside), as soon as possible after the sale occurred (no more than 7 calendar days).
- - Once this period expires, Carriers may reject shipment admission. Should this hypothesis occur, the Seller must negotiate directly with the Buyer the method of product shipment. In this case, the Seller will fully bear any extra charge caused by product shipment, including charges generated by utilization of the Shipping Tool (even if the latter could not be used for causes attributable to a person other than Vectrix or Carriers).
- - Deliver the shipment with the respective transport order (label) adhered appropriately, which must contain reliable information for delivery (including, for example, truthful information on weight, volume, and description of the product that will be the object of shipment). Incorrect and/or improper use of labels will give rise to the application of penalties foreseen in these Shipping Terms and Conditions, without prejudice to Seller's liability for damages resulting from this non-compliance.
- - The Seller must comply with the following provisions: the shipment must be closed and provide conditions ensuring content protection (with a protection level considered as if Carriers did not have services in conditions to perform admission and transport of a fragile shipment) and physical integrity of people handling it and -in general- third-party goods, with packaging and conditioning in prismatic shape, without protrusions exceeding packaging, without previous postal labels and duly conditioned to avoid spills in case of liquids.
- - Furthermore, the Seller may not, in any case, use the label issued by the Shipping Tool to send products that do not correspond with the content.
- - In case of non-compliance with any of the foreseen obligations, the Seller will be responsible for any damage or prejudice suffered by Vectrix and/or Carriers.
- - You will designate a single address allowing the Carrier to perform the collection of your packages agilely and efficiently, avoiding zones with excessive vehicle traffic, access or parking restrictions. Collections will not be performed from multiple points for the same Seller.
- - Geographic and volume conditions being met, you will receive a daily collection, within the scheduled time window informed in due course.
- - The maximum wait tolerance to begin package collection will be 20 minutes from the Carrier presenting at the designated address, barring duly justified causes external to the Seller. After that period, the Carrier will withdraw marking the incidence 'no packages to collect' or similar.
- - Carriers will have documentation and/or permits required by applicable law for the activity they perform. This should suffice for vehicle and driver entry to the designated address, in case it is within a private premise or installation.
- - You will lend your collaboration to complete collection and verify that all packages delivered to the Carrier are scanned and entered into the unit in perfect state and suitable for collection, avoiding rejection cases.
- - The Carrier will reject packages not in perfect conditions for loading, transport, and correct, safe delivery to Buyers, including among others: damaged, wet packages, in bad condition or constituting cancelled purchases.
- - You will be responsible for checking your Sales Panel daily to ensure preparing all shipments generated within your Cut-off Time.
- - You will adjust your preparation times and capacity, according to your internal process, to ensure delivery of all your shipments to your assigned Collection. If necessary, you must adjust the Product Availability Time, increasing the number of days you require to dispatch on time.
- - In case of not having dispatched all your sales, you must wait for the next Collection to deliver your shipments, assuming the impact on your Reputation this generates.
4.5. Procedure for using the Shipping Tool
- - The Buyer, upon choosing to use the Shipping Tool in Vectrix and entering the address where they wish to receive the shipment on the platform, will be informed about: (i) availability of the Shipping Tool for the entered address and, where applicable; (ii) shipping costs they must pay if deciding to contract said Shipping Tool.
- - The cost of using the Shipping Tool will be displayed separately from the value of the offered product and may be paid solely through the use of online payment and collection management services Vectrix offers through its online payment and collection platform (hereinafter, “PSP”).
- - The Buyer deciding to acquire a product where the listing offers use of the Shipping Tool must provide all complete and correct information for shipment and reception of the product. The Buyer acknowledges they will be solely responsible for consequences resulting from non-compliance with said obligation.
- - Once the Buyer has completed information for product shipment, paid the offered product value and shipping cost calculated by Vectrix (if applicable), the Seller will receive information loaded by the Buyer for product shipment, for which reason the Seller must: (i) print transport orders (labels) for product shipment, (ii) close and package the product to be sent correctly, respecting its nature as appropriate, following directives included in these Terms and Conditions and also on the website of the corresponding Carrier, and (iii) as the case may be: (a) deliver the product to be sent under any admission modality duly authorized to corresponding Carriers.
4.6. Products that could not be delivered
- a. Products not delivered to Buyer at their addressb. Products not picked up from Carrier branchesc. Disposition of undelivered products
- - If the Buyer chose to receive the product at their address and, for any cause external to Vectrix and/or Carriers, the product could not be delivered to the Buyer (for example, because the address is inaccurate, because a person was not available to receive the product, or for any other reason), the Carrier must:
- - If the Buyer had chosen to receive the product at a Carrier branch, and later did not pick it up, the sale will be considered cancelled, the product will be returned to the Seller according to procedure in clause 6.a (i) above, and the Buyer will be refunded their money.
- - When applicable law does not determine a specific procedure for disposition of undelivered products, Vectrix may sell, donate, destroy, or recycle them, in terms detailed in clause 7 of these terms and conditions.
- - (i) Keep the product in custody
- - If the product remains in Carrier's custody, this circumstance will be informed to the Buyer who will have 5 (five) business days to pick up the product from the Carrier's address during business hours the Carrier arranges.
- - If the Buyer does not pick up the product within the 5 (five) day period, the sale will be considered cancelled. Consequently, the product will be returned to the Seller and the Buyer will be refunded their money discounting shipping.
- - (ii) Return the product to the Seller
- - If at the moment of returning the product to the Seller, they are not at their address to receive it or reject it, the product will be sent again to Carrier offices. This situation will be informed to the Seller and, from this notice, the Seller will have up to 30 (thirty) calendar days to contact Vectrix through channels it enables so Vectrix manages product return to Seller's address and pay potential storage costs.
- - In case the seller does not contact Vectrix within the mentioned period, Vectrix may sell, donate, destroy, or recycle them.
- - (iii) Dispose of the product
- - If for any cause external to Vectrix and/or Carriers, after completing stages indicated in previous paragraphs, Carriers could not fulfill product delivery to Buyer or its return to Seller, action will be taken according to procedure determined by applicable law.
4.7. Purchase Cancellation
- - If the Buyer used the Shipping Tool, it will be understood they cancelled their purchase when: they return a product to the Seller and/or cancel the purchase of a product after the product was sent.
- - (ii) granted a mandate in its favor. This means Vectrix will be authorized to, at its discretion:
- - - donate the product on behalf and order of the User to a non-profit institution of Vectrix's choice;
- - - destroy or recycle it charged to the User or;
- - - deliver it to competent authority to proceed according to any applicable regulation.
- - In these cases, Vectrix will charge the use of the Shipping Tool to the buyer.
- - Likewise, the Seller must:
- - - accept the return of the product during the period of 30 (thirty) days counted from its reception by the Buyer and
- - - pay for expenses associated with the return.
- - Vectrix may:
- - - debit these expenses from the Seller's virtual account
- - - make available labels for the Buyer to complete the return in case the Shipping Tool had been used.
- - (i) transmitted all rights over unwithdrawn products. This means Vectrix may sell them to third parties without generating additional costs for Users; or
4.8. Reimbursement of expenses and other deductions
- - The Buyer and Seller expressly authorize Vectrix to debit any cost Vectrix incurs in relation to the use of the Shipping Tool, through Vectrix's virtual payment and collection platform, from the Buyer's account, unless Free Shipping was selected, in which case any corresponding amount may be deducted from the Seller's account. Likewise, Vectrix reserves the right to charge the Seller the difference between (i) the shipping value determined by the Vectrix Service Related to Shipping and charged to the corresponding User and (ii) the real shipping value effectively informed by Carriers, in case the tool is used by Seller improperly and/or information supplied by Seller was incorrect. The Seller expressly authorizes Vectrix to automatically charge and debit from their virtual payment and collection account granted by Vectrix values referring to use of the Shipping Tool in case any Buyer performs any payment dispute, chargeback, or reversion of the purchase operation involving said operation.
4.9. Seller Liability
- - Without prejudice to additional responsibilities befalling them in case the Seller performs product shipment via own logistics solutions or using the shipping tool, the Seller will be absolutely responsible, will exempt from all responsibility and hold harmless Vectrix and corresponding Carriers, assuming any consequence generated (including without limitation, payment of any pertinent additional cost), if by their malice or fault: (i) they completed erroneously or falsely data necessary to perform package delivery by Carriers and receive returns; (ii) they closed and/or packaged incorrect product to send; (iii) they completed erroneously or falsely data necessary to calculate shipping costs (e.g., incorrect size and weight); and/or (iv) they used the Shipping Tool to send any product in non-compliance with transport conditions foreseen and/or products expressly prohibited by these Terms and Conditions and/or by applicable legislation on the matter for their transportation and/or products not accepted by Carriers.
- - The Seller undertakes to deliver to corresponding Carriers any document any authority might eventually require or is necessary to transport the good in conformity with current legislation on the matter. By virtue thereof, the Seller acknowledges they will be solely responsible for lack of delivery of said documentation, and its lack cannot be invoked to attribute non-compliance to Carriers.
- - Likewise, the Seller authorizes corresponding Carriers to inspect shipments, without prior request, provided said inspection must be performed for security issues, customs inspection, by request of some competent authority, or for any other justified reason.
5. Fees and Billing

Listing on Vectrix is free.
To the extent the sale is concretized, Sellers must pay a selling fee of 7.5%.
In their listings, the Seller may add installment options more convenient for their buyers. Offering installments, as well as other pre-established objective parameters, will help in listing exposure. In cases where Seller uses free service, listing exposure will be minimal, appearing in last places of search lists.
Listings will have unlimited duration.
Vectrix will only bonus costs associated with sale when operation is cancelled.
Vectrix will invoice fees generated by Users, and notify them with a billing notice.
Issued invoices will be type “B”, unless account was registered as Company or Small Taxpayer (Monotributista), for which it will be necessary to send documentation.
Suspension or disabling of an Account for any reason whatsoever does not imply elimination of costs pending payment.
6. Reputation
How it is calculatedThermometerShopping Experiencef. Additional ObligationsEach seller has a reputation system that is updated periodically based on data arising from their activity on the Site.
In that case, we may arrange a period for Sellers to remedy these deficiencies directly and, additionally, offer possibility of becoming our Suppliers so they offer us directly widest product offer allowing resale to public at competitive prices. If Seller does not accept this possibility and their offer continues being deficient, we could take down their account.
This system will also have a space where Buyers may opine on Seller and/or acquired product. Such comments will be included under exclusive responsibility of whoever emits it. Vectrix may not edit and/or eliminate those comments considered inadequate or offensive.
Reputation is updated automatically and based on objective parameters, meaning Vectrix does not intervene in its formation process. For its calculation, some objective data are taken into account, such as: amount of claims initiated by buyers, delay in dispatching products to mail when not having used mail service established by Vectrix, amount of sales and reservations concretized, as well as cancellation of orders. Objective parameters mentioned may reflect not only general attention quality provided by people who sell, but also particular performance of sellers regarding each of their published products.
Vectrix will make available to Users who sell, an indicator on shopping experience they are offering regarding each of their listings, so they can identify improvement opportunities and provide better attention to buyers.
In case a listing offers average or bad shopping experience, Vectrix may reduce listing exposure in search results, pause it, or eliminate it definitively.
To verify Marketplace Buyers are receiving excellent shopping experience, with wide offer of quality products and competitive prices, from Vectrix we will periodically review offer of Sellers having important presence in local market. With aim of safeguarding Buyers' experience and Marketplace success, if we identify they are offering deficient shopping experience, very limited product offer, products in bad state and/or price not sufficiently competitive in relation to other comparable sales channels (e.g., own websites, social networks, physical stores and other online platforms), from Vectrix we may remedy that supply and price gap.
7. Prohibitions and Sanctions
Users may not:
a) Breach any provision of Vectrix Terms and Conditions or applicable regulation.
b) Maintain any type of communication by other means different from messaging service offered by Vectrix (including emails, social networks, WhatsApp, etc.) whether during good offer and until expiration of applicable period for Protected Purchase.
c) Use other logistics means other than that offered by Vectrix.
If any infraction is detected, and without prejudice to sanctions arranged in General Terms and Conditions, Vectrix may suspend or finalize listings in question, suspend or disable Users.
8. Liability
Vectrix puts at disposal of Users a virtual space allowing them to offer, sell and/or buy goods.
Sellers use Vectrix to publish and define conditions of their offer.
Therefore, they will be responsible for existence, quality, quantity, regularity, warranty, integrity and/or legitimacy of products they offer, and will hold Vectrix harmless for any administrative or judicial action that might be generated by reason of an offer or sale.
